    Our Central A/C for our apartment had not been working for a while. I was looking at perhaps paying over a thousand for a new compressor. When John was suggested by my sister, he readily put me at ease that he was both honest and capable. He was quick to respond when I called. It turned out that because of an obsolete and faulty thermostat which we kept overriding, it caused a protective fuse to blow which disabled the compressor. John explained this to me, and also brought the refrigerant up to level, and installed a modern digital thermostat, all for a very very reasonable price. I felt that he was looking after my best interest throughout. Wish I had found John sooner

    I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with our service call from John yesterday. He answered the phone promptly and was at our house within 30 minutes. That is awesome on a Sunday, and we were suffering at a sweltering 87 degrees in our house. He provided all options and got our cooling system back to normal. I will definitely use you again.     John came to my home to service our GE electric water heater. It was not heat enough. I just wanted to tell you that he made our experience outstanding. He explained everything about our unit and what he did to heat it up. I would enjoy having him come out again to service our appliances.   11. This smart guy is great. Return phone calls with fast response time. Provide great heating and air equipment and fair prices. He was careful in my home. He corrected a problem I have been having for years by moving my furnace to the attic. I finally have great cooling upstairs with my high efficiency Armstrong system and zoning system

  12. John visited my home today to check my crazy heat pump. It never reached temperature and stopped working the day before. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with John’s performance. He was professional and cordial, and worked extremely hard to find out the problem and fix it for a half day. John answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing, and was a real pro throughout the visit.

    I was very impressed with John and the work he did at our home. He called before coming to confirm our appointment, then showed up on time. We were experiencing a problem with water leaking from our refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Then, even though I told him it was not necessary, John insisted on staying to help me put all the food and containers back into the refrigerator. We will definitely rely on John for all our future needs, and highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

Since we replaced the capacitor, it’s working but not cool enough, it may caused by the dirty condenser coil and could not release the heat as quick as it is supposed. Let me check and clean it for you and that would be better. Good luck to your business

    Hi John, the AC is working perfect, thanks for coming by and fixing it yesterday evening and sending the receipt. If you haven’t thrown the old parts away yet, could you hold onto them for a few days in case we need to shown them to the sellers or homebuyer warranty people. We most likely don’t need it but just in case they ask. Thanks

  23. I highly recommend AZ HVAC Services, aka Santa Air. John fixed two systems in my home, and was polite, prompt and professional. Parts that had to be ordered came in quickly, and if he was going to be delayed for an appointment, he called. I would definitely use Santa Air again.

    Wow! John is now listed in my contacts in my phone. My warranty continued to give me the run-around for two days and said they could not find anyone to come to my house and fix my A/C. John responded to my email within the hour. He came, quite late in the day (8pm), when it was convenient for me, and only charged me $150 for parts, service, and his expertise. My home warranty company charges me $100 just for a basic service call.

    He is so professional, honest, and kind. I will be a return customer for as long as I am in this area. I cannot gush enough about John, my experience, and Santa Air.

    I highly recommend John Tran and Santa Air. My air conditioner had broken down and I had left John a message and he called back the same day. He came that same day gave us the diagnostic and our options. He ordered the part that same day and as he promised he would have the air conditioner fixed in two days he did. The air conditioner is working perfectly ever since and his work is guaranteed. John kept following up with us to make sure the unit was working with no problems.
    We are very happy to have met John because he is very responsible and we highly recommend him.
