These terms cover the SMS messaging program operated by SANTAAIR HVAC CORP., trading as SantaAir Heating and Air, 2940 Trawick Rd #11, Raleigh, NC 27604.

Program name

SantaAir Service Alerts.

What the program is

A text messaging service for SantaAir customers. It carries service messages about work you have booked with us: appointment confirmations, arrival windows, technician-on-the-way notices, and our replies when you text us.

How to join

Give us your mobile number and tick the consent box at https://www.santaair.com/sms/. Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase, of booking a service, or of any work we do for you. You may also be asked for consent when you book by phone or in person, and the same applies: you can say no and still book.

Message frequency

Frequency varies. Messages are sent only in connection with a job you have booked, so there is no fixed number per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by SantaAir.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. You can rejoin at any time at https://www.santaair.com/sms/.

Reply HELP to any message, or contact customer care using the details below. We answer during business hours.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
